Shipping & Returns
All orders $75+ ship for FREE! Other domestic orders ship for a flat $5 rate. We currently only offer standard shipping - expedited shipping is not available. Orders placed with y&i clothing boutique normally ship within 2 business days. Once your order is fulfilled & shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
International orders will ship for a flat rate of $30 via USPS Priority Mail. If for some reason we are unable to ship to your country, you will be notified immediately. Once you receive your shipment email with your tracking number, you should expect your package within 10 to 12 days. Your order may be delivered by you local post office courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. We have experienced delays related to Covid-19, so please reach out to us if you have not received your package within two weeks
y&i clothing boutique gladly accepts online returns on full price unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site for a full refund within 5 days of product delivery. Our in store return policy is different - please check your receipt for details.
Bodywear, masks, and other similar personal items cannot be returned. Orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a trackable service. If you send a return without tracking and we don't receive the item, we will not issue a refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your orders # and return request to start your return. Shipping and return shipping costs are non refundable.
Any reduced price items or merchandise marked "SALE" or "Final Sale" cannot be returned, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund. If you choose to not purchase Seel Return Assurance, your order is final sale. Get peace of mind while purchasing final sale items when you add Seel Return Assurance. You’ll have the option to return eligible final sale items for a refund by adding Return Assurance at checkout. We’ll calculate the cost based on all eligible items in your cart. Some exclusions will apply. All standard return policies apply to eligible item(s). The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which you received them, without any traces of perfumes or other applied scents, and in the original packaging with tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 5 days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier.
To initiate a return on a final sale item, please follow the instructions provided in your Seel confirmation email and submit your return at https://app.seel.com/return/portal/. We are unable to offer free return shipping on eligible item(s) returned. Seel will provide a prepaid return shipping label for domestic orders. We will deduct the standard $7 return shipping fee from your refund when processing the return.
